tbh I kinda agree with him on all of these little disputes except when he said that PHAT wasn't a very good program for naturals.
-He criticized the power training aspect for not being power oriented enough, but IMO for someone with physique goals, you don't *need* any more strength emphasis than PHAT
-He criticized that it was 5 days in the gym and thought 4 would be better. I don't really see why from a results standpoint
-He criticized the volume as being a little high, which I can understand a bit better
If you end up not finding it, I can say that I have seen it a while ago posted by Ka0s and can vouch for this.
Ah okay, cheers for the clarification. I just wondered how the guy knew so much about nutrition, bodybuilding (and steroids since we're on the topic) at that age and looked... well... he doesn't exactly look like he lifts. Not that it means anything to me whether he's huge or not, just an observation.
Are there any pics of him when he had a better physique anywhere?
It's hard to tell because I've only seen him wearing a t shirt, whether he be lifting, or talking in his room. I'm pretty sure he looks fine except for his side delts, which are incredibly important in making someone look like they lift when their upper body is being filmed from front on and they're wearing a t shirt.

I love these threads. As if there is some "magic" trick to see if someone is on gear or not... l0l. Use some common sense and shut the hell up.

he was tied to the bed for over a year due to an illness, was basically obese 18 months ago and in his earlier days he has torn his biceps so that's why it's never going to pop and look good, so the ''lemme give you a bicep shot first'' is more like a meme....apart from that he's a powerlifter now
he has been using stuff and selling it big time so it's not like it's all theory

also here's the big boi misc thread on this http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=153493961
many ''naturals'' posted in here, many experienced juicers and even jason responded in it
this
some people cover it up as if they had a dead body buried in their garden...i think mostly because it's kind of a social tabu and there's a lot of double standards around the topic
when i came to my gym, i thought most people were natural, of course there were these big people who must've juiced but the rest i thought was just ''hard work and dedication brah''
fast forward to now, 70% of guys who bench more than a plate are on the juice or have used it before(i mean they started being honest to me since i looklike i know stuff and lift heavy i suppose), im in the locker and 4-5 of them talk how many doses they buy at once(it's kind of legal here, you can get it in the pharmacy - i wont mention WHAT BECAUSE I DONT WANT TO GET BANNED, just you can get ''it'')
but stay natty brahs, we're all gonna make it

what i want to say is, think about it, you can either:
a) have 0,0001% genetics, work not only hard but also smart(a rarity among lifters these days) years upon years, have perfect diet(i dont mean ''eating clean'', i mean being 100% able t ocustomize macros to your own needs and for your best success and all the little things that come with this), not get seriously injured in the process, not get annoyed by 16 year olds who dont know **** surpassing you since they are ON
b) juice

I agree. My best friend never trained with weights before, all he did was bike several miles daily and played basketball. He had 26 inch quads and 17 inch calves in 11th grade. That size is something people who lift look forward to getting. It took Layne Norton years to achieve those numbers.
My friend also squatted 405 to parallel his first time ever touching a weight. I can only imagine WTF he could do if he got on a proper bodybuilding program. He's also 208 lbs at 8% bodyfat now after doing a navy seal training program preparing for boot camp. Mans an animal.Lifetime PR's
Squat 445 w/ wraps (405 raw no wraps)
Competition Bench 275
Deadlift 435
