I'm 83 kg. (178-182 lbs.) and I'm gonna have my FIRST Raw Powerlifting Competition (yes, it was last minute) in exactly one month.
I can bench 205 for 5, deadlift 225 for 5, and i'm not even sure what my max squat is (I hit 385 for 5 before, 90 degree squats)
I'm not a strong person, I have been bodybuilding my entire life in the gym (over 8 months) and I just saw interest in powerlifting lately.
I believe I have potential to give throw in some good attempts (hopefully?) if the program (which is still to be given to me by my coach) works well for me.
But usually bodybuilding.com gives the best advice, what advice can you guys gives me? (For stronger lifts, safer lifts, and a faster increase in strength.. 1 month HAHA)
Thanks buddies!

Believe it or not there are people who are better off taking advice from people on internet forums. Most of the people in this section are very informed and there are quite a few elite lifters. So if he's gonna solicit advice from an internet forum he picked a damn good place to do it.

Being a male is a matter of birth. However, being a "man" is a matter of choice.
