iN.
Welcome, everyone!
Do whatever you need to do to keep yourself on task and motivated:
1) Introduce yourselves and discuss your plans - cutting/bulking/recomping.
2) Interact with others in here and ask for help when you need it.
3) Post your measurements and your pictures if you like.
4) For cutters, come back even when your weight goes up. Your weight gain could be due to water retention from that pizza you ate. Don't worry about it - move on. Skip the next weigh-in if you're devastated, but come back to refocus/recharge/re-dedicate yourselves to this.
5) Report on your progress between weigh-ins if you want to in order to keep this challenge in your thoughts.
Many of our returning participants have lost a lot of weight already. I'm one of them and I'm here primarily to give and receive motivation as I continue my oh-so-very-slow transformation. NitrogenWidget, Cyanotikat, TelusLob, Skullster, Winfamy and scohen156 (to name a few) are all helpful veteran posters and I believe they're all tracking their cals on myfitnesspal - a free tracking tool. Some of the biggest losers in our last challenge - elgatito71, WarEagle0086, DefiningMoments, Saucen, and scohen158.Last edited by caprica6; 04-24-2013 at 06:54 AM.

Yeah, still in.
Last time it took me a month and a half to get a handle on things. This time I know what I need to do and how to do it - I just need to man up and actually do it. All the amazing progress in the last thread was a great motivation.
Instead of a weight goal, I think I'll set a goal for waist measurement this time. I'm at anywhere between 78-80cm relaxed right now, and I'm gonna shoot for 75. We'll see what that looks like when I get there.

Definitely doable if you stay consistent and have the right plan going in Do you know your TDEE and are tracking your macros? That's the key to being consistent and getting the results you want.
If you're unsure about anything concerning nutrition head over to the nutrition section and read the following:
If you're still confused about something feel free to ask and we'll help as best as possible. Good luck!
