Anyone that's been around it knows with a very high level of accuracy if someone's is working from an "enhanced" deck...Not all of us have worked out at the local LA Fitness their entire lives. Some of us have worked out and trained with genetic freaks that are college and professional athletes. You want to tell me Joe blow off of the streets has so much better genetics, training and diet than these guys do..LOL..just LOL. Thread is entertaining, however. I suspect he is going to come in at a lower weight. My guess is 160 to 165. Although some claim he is a borderline juicer if I am right, 5, 10 and 165 is certainly not a holy grail.

I weigh 194lbs in the contest pics, omg must be bike riding. People think it is impossible because of how lean I am. Steroids actually make it MORE difficult to get the dry/grainy look because of water retention. People are just clueless.

you look like one of those 70s bodybuilders who competed at the olympia. Most of these guys were below 200. I know it is acceptable now for fake naturals to be close to 200 because now we have 260 pounders at the olympia.

I have to ask this, and keep in mind I realize there are lots of juicers, but if someone posts any pics that are remotely impressive they get accused. If you cannot obtain anything impressive without juice why do you workout?

i am no expert, but i have seen a lot of true "natty" shows and their physiques and weights set the pedestal for what a true natural can achieve. not some layne norton or chris jones type natural, a legit natural. no legit natural steps on stage at 4% at 6'0 above 180ish pounds, i don't care what you say, you aren't natural and you are pretty much the whole thing this thread represents. you won't fool anyone man, we aren't stupid.

you can achieve great gains for the first few years. after that your progress slows down tremendously. you can either be content with what you have achieved or you can make the plunge and use gear. natural bodybuilding isnt useless, but what you can achieve is extremely limited, far more limited than what most people would like to believe.

4% maybe you are right, but I had a friend growing up who was 6' 225 pounds, didn't juice, and didn't even go to the gym. He did work manual labor, his dad was a brick mason. If he worked out for two months and dieted down he could have been pretty impressive. I don't know how much he would have lost getting down to 4%, but he was probably 13 to 15 percent starting off.

Why do people accuse Chris Jones of being on the juice? He's been bodybuilding for each get years. His physique seems obtainable for that amount of time put in.
