What size Food Storage Containers do you use to fridge your meals?

What size to look for? I am most likely getting them online.

Naw.. no variety pack. I need to prepare two meals for 3 days at a time. I do not want a variety pack that will give me a bunch of extra stuff I do not need. I only need six plastic containers that will fit my meals. (6-8oz chicken breast, 1-1/2 cup brown rice, sweet potato, 2 cup aspargus)

I have an entire cabinet full of tupperware and not a corresponding lid to be found.

I don't think it matters much. It used to be ideal when the mind set was that one should be eating frequent small meals throughout the day, but now that we know that's not necessary, I don't think it's too time consuming cooking 1-2x a day on an IF type schedule.

Obviously there's still use to storing food like a large batch of chicken to throw into other meals but don't gotta be anal and have 12 tubs in your fridge all split equally and boringly with chicken breast, sweet potato, rice, and broccoli or something like that.

I'd only be weary of plastics that don't have a BPA-free label... don't want to be microwaving plastic and leeching chemicals into your food. I'd go for a glass container if possible.
