    Next step

I hopped on the Starr program on January 7th and did it for 15 weeks (this past Friday was my last day). I was pretty much stalling on my numbers, although I saw a phenomenal increase in numbers (for me at least):

    Squat: 205x5 to 265x5
    Bench: 205x6 to ~255x5
    Row: 185x5 to 210x5
    RDL: 225x5 to 315x5
    Incline: 205x5 to 250x5

Ended my cut at 181lb (January 7) and now I'm right around 200lb. This week (up till next Sunday), I'll be taking a full week rest just to let my body recoup. Probably do yoga a little more and hoop more.

I wanted to see where I should go from here. I want to go on more of a bulking program instead of a strength 5x5 (trying to eat ~3600-4000 calories/day). Should I do a 6 day split with 2 muscles a day (ie. bis/tris, chest/back, and shoulders/legs) or should I do one muscle a day? I've been used to the 5 sets for 5 reps from Starr's program, so how should my rep and set numbers look like? Also, I would still like to get all my numbers up obviously.

Any help would be appreciated (and repped)!
