19 yrs old. 188 pounds. 6'3". In my cutting phase right now and these are my macros.
2000 calorie diet
225 gram protein
160 gram carbs
50 gram fats
-Gym 6 times a week. lifting 5 days a week and cardio 4 times a week (HIIT).
Was wondering if these were good macros for me to cut up? Been using this for a few weeks and I seem to be dropping weight but not as much as I would like. Maybe 1 pound a week at most. What do you guys think?
