Alright so, I'm currently doing Greg Plitt's MFT28 workout, its a really intense workout, 2 workouts a day 6 times a week for 4 weeks.
Alright so I am now finished week 2, and this week on Wednesday after my first shoulder workout in the morning I went to school and started to feel pain in my stomach mainly in my left side, it started to spread to my left kidney throughout the day, in the evening when I was doing workout 2 my left testicle started to feel weird like it was really uncomfortable, I kept working out and then pain started to kick in, After a while i couldn't even touch the organ.. I stopped immediately and went home. Since then it hasnt been sore, but it feels weird.. I don't really know how to explain how it feels like, But its like its really sensitive and its annoying me.
Is there anyone here who has experienced the same?
Should I see a doctor?
Also, I'm on a Mass Gainer, 100% Whey and I'm on S.A.W don't know if it could be the supplements or not..

Could be one of a hundred things. I had some pain previously in my left testicle and went to the doctor and he told me it was just a muscle strain in my lower abs causing the pain. Go to the doctor, no-one hear can give you an accurate answer.

Probably a muscle strain somewhere in your body and your CNS (Central Nervous System) is misfiring the pain and directing it towards that area.

na its a vein there its called ahh sht i have it too..it will always be uncomfortable until you have surgery. Varicocele i think its called. Check if its lumpy..i stopped worrying about it when the doc said it wasn't harmful besides being uncomfortable.

Thanks for the reply's, its all fine now.. I'm back training tomorrow after a weeks rest.. I went to the doctor and he said it was just an abdominal and kidney strain causing my weird feeling in my testicle.
