    am I going in the right direction to lose weight?

    k guys i've done a bunch of reading, i think i am on the right direction now I am 5'10", 220lbs.
    I work out 4-5 days a week, chest/bicepts, shoulders, triceps, legs, back/abs.
    I get up at 4:30am, hit the gym by 5am, 30 minutes of cardio on treadmill then do a work out then bike for 10 minutes, hit the showers, come home and eat.. Should I eat breakfast before I go or after I am done my work out?

    Eating
    breakfast
    2 whole eggs, 6 egg whites, 1 cup diced peppers, 1/2 cup salsa and 1 whole wheat tortilla - currently eating this after my work out 6:30 ish Breakfast 374 calories / 9.96 grams of fat – 33.18 grams of carbs – 38.11grams of protein
    meal 2 - 1 scoop of protein shake - 1 tbs of natural PB - 205 calories/ 30 grams of protein / 5 grams of carbs and 7 grams of fat
    meal 3 - 1 can of tuna, 1 tbs of mayo, 1 whole wheat tortilla - 369 calories – 10.47 grams of fat – 23.05 grams of carbs – 44.12 grams of protein
    meal 4 - 1 scoop of protein shake - 1 tbs of natural PB - 205 calories/ 30 grams of protein / 5 grams of carbs and 7 grams of fat
    meal 5 - 6 ounces of lean turkey or beef, 1 large pepper, 1/2 cup of spagetti sauce - stuffed pepper - Turkey 394 calories/ 20.27 grams of fat/ 20.36 grams of carbs / 34.18 grams of protein
    or if I use Beef 636 calories/38.21 grams of fat/20.36 grams of carbs/52.67 grams of protein
    meal 6 - 1 scoop of protein shake - 1 tbs of natural PB - 205 calories/ 30 grams of protein / 5 grams of carbs and 7 grams of fat

    Daily if I use Turkey I am consuming 1752 calories/ 61.7 grams of fat / 92.04 grams of carbs and 206.41 grams of protein
    if I use Beef I am consuming 1994 calories/ 79.64 grams of fat / 92.04 grams of carbs and 224.90 grams of protein
    I also take a vitastack multi vitamin every morning. and 1 lipo cuts

    please advise on if I change something, add supplements? remove supplements? am I going in the right direction?

    Most important thing is tracking calories and macros, you haven't mentioned them.

    you need 3037 Calories/day to maintain your weight
    you need 2537 Calories/day to lose 1 lb per week
    you need 2037 Calories/day to lose 2 lb per week

    At 220lbs dont go below 1,900 calories per day. Besides that everything your doing is just fine , you actually have a solid plan thats why there isnt more commenting on this thread, just keep your calories over 1,900 but under 2,200.
