    breakfast before workout

I usually workout on an afternoon or night, but I have lately a couple of mornings I could use to workout..

I am going to lift weights tomorrow followed by stationary bike and swimming..

I am trying to lose fat and gain muscle.. so is it better off to eat before or after??

and what do you think the best breakfast will be?

    thanks

I won't matter besides eating or not eating may influence your training performance and energy. Some people like to train fasted, while some need to eat first. Only you can answer this.

I like to eat breakfast before my early bird workouts.. it gives me more energy than when I don't. It's all personal preference though.

Not possible to lose fat and gain muscle simultaneously. It takes less food in order to lose fat, and it takes more food to gain muscle, you won't be able to do a surplus and a deficit at the same time, just not possible at all. Sorry to burst your bubble, but brutal honesty is better than false information.

All about personal preference. I gym fasted because I feel nauseous and puke if I have food in my system, thus I train fasted. But you can easily eat before a workout as long as it isn't too much volume in your stomach, and there are no best breakfast. All boils down to personal preference.
