I usually workout on an afternoon or night, but I have lately a couple of mornings I could use to workout..
I am going to lift weights tomorrow followed by stationary bike and swimming..
I am trying to lose fat and gain muscle.. so is it better off to eat before or after??
and what do you think the best breakfast will be?

All about personal preference. I gym fasted because I feel nauseous and puke if I have food in my system, thus I train fasted. But you can easily eat before a workout as long as it isn't too much volume in your stomach, and there are no best breakfast.
