    Post Male teen meal prep

    Hi I'm a 18 year old, 5'11, 158 pounds male, I'm trying to build some mass on my muscle, loose fat, and eat healthy
    I'm trying to meal prep but don't know how like the amount of protein, carbs and other for each of my meals
    Advice, meal plans and recepys would be nice

    Brother your gonna wanna find a protein calculator ( the site has one ) I'm not gonna link it to you cause I'm lazy but you can go ahead and search it and you'll get it . You can use various macro calculators to count your macros by entering various details , it'll tell you what your calorie intake should be , protein intake , fats , carbs ,etc . So you'll have all the numbers .

    Its not so serious though , your 158 pounds so I mean i'm guessing your not all that fat right ? So I suggest going on a calorie surplus diet ( lol or a clean bulk ) which basically means your eating a certain amount of excess calories from your general requirement ( 200 - 300 calories , if it isn't showing results go for 400-500 but I don't think thats necessary ) .

    Honestly as long as your at a caloric surplus .. it doesn't matter how many times you eat , as long as you hit your macros ( which is your proteins , carbs , etc. ) your good to go . Just click nutrition at the top of the page and check out calculators :P
