Has anyone done it? How do you like it compared to clean bulking? I've been doing it, sort of, for the past week. I like eating a lot. But I have a fear of fat lol so maybe the exposure is good?

What if I told you that you just need to hit your macros, micros and fibre to get optimal gains? Most people who eat "clean" diets are:
- More likely to binge
- Going to get too much fibre in which has a negative effect
- Eating pretty much the same foods on a daily basis which can cause micronutrient imbalances and cause health issues

I cut down from january to march. Never weighed myself but dropped quitw a bit of weight lifting every day and doing cardio while keto dieting around 2k or less per day. after cutting realized I wanted to build muscle mass in certain areas that looked a little bit lacking so I'm bulking for 4 months and quite frankly its been the dirtiest of the dird in terms of carbs. I still eat oatmeal cream of wheat bread etc. But its so much easier eating simple carbs to hit calorie quota. I'm going around roughly 60 simple/ 40 complex. Quite frankly Id rather have to burn off the extra 2 lbs later and eat a complex/simple/complex/simple switch diet throughout the day. I've been gaining muscle mass and not really gaining much fat. Just been storing the carby gut around the belly button a little but in the morning its flat again. Quite frankly just do you. As long as you switch back and forth simple to complex your body will still get a somewhat steady supply theoughout the day.

Started lifting in July and commenced Dirty/Dreamer bulk
i got to 80kgs 2-3weeks after
look at avi for cut
cut to 73kg. Maintained at 75kg in above pic
macros:
200g protein
250g fat
rest carbs
Starting Strength of Peace.. lifts through the fakin roof*** PMC ***

DON'T DO IT!
I call this my "Incredible Bulk" phase. Got up to 200lbs. Great lifting gains; looked like straight up ass. Never "dirty bulking again. Way too hard to lose that much damn weight, and I don't have the patience. I ended up dropping about 40lbs in three months just to look halfassed decent. Lost damn near all my strength...oh well.
