    Help finding a diet plan?

I'm 5'10" and 119 pounds. I haven't been able to lift weights because I broke my arm and just got my cast removed. I should be able to lift in about 2 weeks. The only workouts I can do effectively are for my abs (as far as I know). I need help finding a good diet plan for myself. My low weight also has to do with my bone structure, my bones and long and really thin.
    Age: 15
    Height: 5'10"
    Weight: 119 pounds
sorry i'm a newbie, I have money for a gym but I'm waiting for my elbow to fully heal.

Don't use your bone structure as any sort of "excuse".

You're 15, 5'10".. and 119 pounds. You don't need a "diet plan".You just need to start eating. Lots.

I wasn't using it as an excuse, just giving people an idea of my body structure. I'm starting to gain weight and the only place I see fat going is my butt which concerns me. Do you mean just eat lots of meat or what? I mean if it was that easy I'd just eat whatever I assume is high in nutrients and lots of it.

Start by listing some foods that you have access to and enjoy eating.

    Your body structure doesn't matter.

And no when I said "eat lots" that doesn't mean "oh just eat more meat". Meat is fine, but so are nuts, olive oil, whole milk, and eggs.

I suggest you read up on proper nutrition and routines. Start with the stickies.

when i was 15 i was 5'11 & 102lbs. Most people are gonna say just eat but make sure whatever it is your eating just keep track of ur daily calories, because its pretty easy to under eat without knowing. get at least 1 gram of protein per lb of bodyweight (which shouldnt be hard) and eat on a 300-500 cal surplus. Most importantly keep it consistent

Thanks that seems pretty straight foward. Do you mean 1 gram of protein per lb of my bodyweight, as in 119 grams of protein? The rest I understood.

^^^ there's no reason to "need to track calories". As long as the OP eats a lot, and isn't losing weight.

It's really not rocket science to be hitting 1g/lb of lean mass in protein either.

I'm not planning on tracking EVERYTHING I eat, just making sure I eat right. It's okay if I gain some excess fat I'm already really skinny lol, I just wanted to eat enough. thanks
