Looks like crap to me, any system claiming a 10-17 pound weight loss (some of which will be water weight) in a week is just to good to be true. Not to mention the health effects of such sudden and drastic weight loss. I definitely would not recommend it for anyone wishing to lose fat while retaining muscle, as it focuses on quite a lot of fruits and vegetables and does not include very much protein in the first 3 days.
Seriously, "cleansing your body" is a sure sign it's a gimmick.

"Day One you are preparing your system for the upcoming programme. Your only source of nutrition is fresh or canned fruits. Fruits are nature's perfect food. They provide everything you could possibly want to sustain life except total balance and variety"
They provide everything you need except fat and protein... the two macro nutrients that are required for life.My Reverse Diet Log

Kinda funny that, 99% of the world thinks fruit is the healthiest thing you can eat yet it contains none of the building blocks our body actually needs to survive and maintain.
Of course it has vitamins and all those other yummy micro's that are good for you, but apart from that its pretty much just pure energy.
