i think your right on the arms and upper chest but i would also work on your shoulders to give you a broader look but honestly i think its just all around growth at this point. i would train your back some more also just so you can work on your lats. the problem with critique's like this is that when people hear all their weak points they go and overtrain those body parts and either ruin their look or just hurt themselves so just remember dont fall out of your routine to work those muscles i would just focus on them when your on that muscle group

Hey thanks for the reply's guys.
I can agree with the tan haha but the hair stays just getting a trim. you'd be surprised how many girls actually like it long, nickname is tarzan haha
Are my arms in proportion with the rest of my body though? How much bigger do ya think i could build my arms without looking too big. I dont want to be huge like a bodybuilder, im going for athletic look like fitness models. All of my friends say i got huge. Idk if there basing that on what i used to look like (~20lbs less muscle) or if im literally getting to big lol
I haven't target my arms specifically with curls, skullcrushers, or anything in like 8 months, just worked indirectly. i guess ill have to do some experimenting.
