    lol at guys who say they dont workout their Abs directly.....

    ive been on a pretty solid ab rewteen over the last couple of weeks because this summer i intend to have a solid shown 6 pack

    i do 1 whole day for abs and im soar for at least 4 days after

    i do 45 minutes
    -ab wheel
    -planks
    -decline weighted sit ups


    smh at clowns thinking you get toar up from simple squats or deadlifts....for me it takes more than that

    I used to have a day seperate for abs, but then realised that was the most retarded thing I have ever done. Now I just do them for 5 minutes at the end of legs and shoulders day. Seeing better results with that.

    i dont feel like a get a good enough burn if i dont work them for 30-45 minutes...5 minutes would feel like a waste to me

    i needed alot of work on my abs though so you cant really hate on me for hitting them so hard directly....now all i need to do is lose a couple pounds which is on the way

    I try to use heavy weight for 10-12 reps 3 sets, whatever works for yah man.

    yeah I used to be one of those guys who looked down on isolation ab exercises, doing only squats and dl for abs,

    but recently I do abs for about 10 mins after everything else and honestly see much better results. Also do dem dere hyper extensions

    i have a home gym set up....i dont do squats or deadlifts and never will. not worth it on your back or knees and i can see almost the same results on back and shoulder days as i would on squats/deadlifts

    Abs are made in the kitchen. I have huge, solid abs and I almost never do direct ab work. I've also never seen them because I'm a fat ****. But I can feel them... thick, solid, not so tight.
