Brahs, my friend just told me there was a shooting near her at MIT, someone disarmed a cop, shot him I think, and is now on the loose with his gun.

-The two men behind the Boston Marathon bombings robbed a 7/11
-They were then seen doing something suspicious around MIT
-They saw a police officer and assumed that he knew they were the bombers
-The two men killed the police officer
-The two men carjacked a Mercedes SUV, filled it up with gas and dropped driver off at gas station
-Police chase ensues, suspects shoot at and throw explosives at police from the car
-Police SUV gets shot up, crashes into someones cars in their driveway
-Chase continues on foot, shootout and bomb throwing continues
-Suspect #1 (Tamerlan Tsarnaev) was shot multiple times, apprehended by police, pronounced dead
-Second suspect (Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev aka White Hat) still on the run
-Suspects reported as Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev and his brother Tamerlan Tsarnaev from Chechnya (Russia)

-Sunil Tripathi and Mike Mulugeta are NOT the suspects
-Sunil went missing a month ago, Reddit and some sloot who went to high school with him identified him as the bomber
-Police were heard saying Mulugeta and Tripathi's names over the Police Scanner, so that convinced people that the speculation was true

At 10:48 PM today gunshots were reported near Building 32 (Stata) which is currently surrounded by responding agencies. The area is cordoned off. Please stay clear of area until further notice. Unknown if injuries have occurred.. Although the situation is considered active and extremely dangerous, an investigation is underway. Updates will be provided at this site when more information becomes available.
