This isn't a movie guy, the cops just cant sweep an area. They have to be accountable for hundreds of things, bomb traps, check points, etc

if u just research into how to build a bomb...through the dark web or other sites it's not hard especially if your an ivy league grad. getting the auto rifles would be hard, but it seems there are ways to easily get around that also
