A long time trainer at my gym tested my BF today using a caliper and he said it was 8%. Just wondering how correct you guys think he is, or how far off. His measurements in mm are as follows(not sure what some of them stand for)

hip-9
ab-14
th-5
scap-10
27 years old, 188lbs and 5'11"
