Left fibular joint (near my knee) is stiff. I feel pressure and mild resistance when I squat deep. If I warm up a lot it's not very noticeable. It's been more present in the past and I'm trying to find out why it's not gone away completely and what to do to make sure it doesn't come back. I foam roll (DeFranco's limber 11) 2-3x per day, do clam shells and 1 leg hip thrusts. Just this week I moved from a 5x5 to 5/3/1 to drop squat volume and have reduced depth.

Take her out for coffee and pie, if the date is bad it's over quickly but if you like each other you can sit there for hours. Besides, everyone loves pie!

Choose a recipe that you think she will like. You make the choice, don't ask her to help you.

First part of the date, go grocery shopping and pick up all of the ingredients together.

Second part of the date, head back to your place, put some upbeat music on in the kitchen, and make the meal together.

Third part of the date, eat the meal and let it progress from there.

My girl and I do cooking contests once per month, where we go through this process but each make our own meal in the same kitchen, have a 60 minute time limit, and the prize for the winner is determined by the winner. We also have themes for each contest (seafood, a certain country's food type, a sandwich variation, etc).

This is our favorite type of date that we do.
