The purpose of creatine is to retain more water in the cells, which makes them more efficent in shuttling in nutrients, and out waste. You wont die, you probably wont even notice anything. If you dont drink enough water for a few days you will lose the water you've retained.
Confront the beast that haunts you. Only then will you be free.
