My favorite cutting meal

12 egg whites
salad
1 tbsp olive oil
vinegar
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup brown rice
water

Mixed greens (spinach leaves, tomatoes, red onions)
green olives

6 pm
protein shake - 1 scoop

8 pm
6 oz chicken breast
medium size sweet potato
greek yogurt

How many cals is that? Looks like a lot for a cutting diet. I'm at 2400 cals per day and 3000 cals on 2 re-feed days(leg days)
