Gas is $4.20
Everything is illegal
Paying $1.5k a month in rent for a ****ty 2 bedroom apmnt in the ghetto
Outrageous traffic
Can't enjoy or party on beaches anymore
Overpopulated so enjoying themeparks is a thing of the past
Expensive schools that are crowded
Weather is decent but gets hot as fuk in summer
Fire burns everything down here in SoCal
Need a permit to do anything
Might as well just die
So glad im movingIf I could smoke fear away, I'd roll that motherfker up and take 2 puffs

It depends where you live, I live in an Mexican Community called East LA, it's not what the media has made it up to seem like, there aren't shootings every minute, not everyone is in a gang etc...it's pretty chill except tons of traffic, the weather is the best, some summers get hot but some summers aren't as hot, medical marijuana shops everywhere, see all sorts of people, can't really tell you about middle class or upper class life in cali since I come from the bottom but were all gonna make it

i live in central california
definitely not here, lol.
swaggots everywhere, rude phucks, fake people galore, etc.
has all the problems of coastal cal, but without the great weather and things to do.
with that said, i still enjoy the weather here and am really happy for the cheap cost of living.
i hope to move, but it honestly wouldn't piss me off if i had to stay until death.
if you want the cali movie experience
get to
santa cruz
orange county
san diego
west los angeles
and bring lots of money
lots of itLast edited by Megalomaniac11; 04-17-2013 at 11:41 PM.

Really depends where you go. If you go to the popular beaches and cities, then yeah it can be great. But remember that nobody actually lives there, because it's expensive as fuk. 99% of the population lives in regular boring cities just like everywhere else in the states.
I live in silicon valley. There are poor Vietnamese and Mexican people everywhere. There is relatively high crime in my area, gangs, lots of cops...etc. Nearby grocery stores have multiple security guards with firearms to fight off the homeless that are in the area. The nearby highschool is ****, kids come into my shop and steal stuff.
Sillicon valley itself is nothing to visit because nothing actually happens. You casually drive by Samsung, Apple, Google, Cisco and whatever else businesses are in the area. They're just quiet buildings with filled parking lots. Occasionally you see indians walking around. The most exciting thing to happen here was a kid who squatted at AOL for a few months.
The beaches can be ok if you drive far enough. The water is freezing year round. San Fransisco is hell to drive in, foggy and cold randomly throughout the year. Oakland you just try to stay away from. Fremont/Union city is ridiculously unpleasant.
Not that great tbh.
