    Since Andro is banned, what does a "hard gainer" take to increase muscle gains?

    About eight years ago I was weight lifting and using a personal trainer. At the time, one of the supplements he had me take was Andro (I can't remember the exact formulation). It made a huge difference in my ability to gain muscle mass as an ectomorph.

    I am now getting back into weight lifting and was wondering what a "hard gainer" uses now that Andro has been banned in the United States. Is there something that works as well?

    Nothing works as well as hard work in the gym, a proper diet and getting plenty of sleep

    Once all those things are in place and only then is it a good idea to add supplements otherwise your wasting your money...

    Here is what I would recommend:

    Hit the gym hard, figure out your macros and the results will come. So many people give up before they even scratch the surface. Nothing worth it comes easy brother

    Have you ever had blood work done 8 years ago while off-cycle? If you had a past history of low gains and you are starting again, get blood work done. If your test levels are low or if your thyroid is overactive (like myself at one time), no amount of food will help.
