    muscle pharm product stack help.

Im kinda new to all these supplements that are out there and am looking for some feedback to.help me out. I am currently taking mp combat powder for my protein and take hemo rage for my pre work out. I heard a lot of good things abouy MP products and looking for a good stack to add, was thinking musclepharm recon, amrour v vitamins and bulletproof. Any suggestions would help, do i need to take the muscle pharm BCAAs or can i just take the re con? Or should i add something different? Was thinking about shred matrix too.

Hopefully you have your diet in check first? Supplements won't do anything for you if you don't have your TDEE/macros set. I would check out Orange Triad for your multi-vitamin, though. BCAA's aren't really necessary unless you're training fasted.

First off, some of those products do not need to be stacked together as they aim for opposing goals. Recon in my opinion will do you the most benefit if you are bulking not cutting. Whereas shred matrix is a cutting tool/fat burner. So, depending on your goal, maybe pick one of those.

The bulletproof is a good product that i've tried before as it will help you sleep for sure and tastes pretty good.

Concerning their BCAA's, if you are cutting right now, they wouldn't hurt as BCAA's can help preserve muscle on a cut. But, if you are bulking, ignore them.

The armor V is a very solid multi vitamin and is right up there alongside orange triad.

    Hope this helps!
