It took 7 hours, 13 min and 17 seconds. Did an extra 13 reps just because I was pretty brain dead at 7 hour, 15 min and 15 seconds.

I've been doing GVT for the past couple months. I do 10x10 sets of pull ups every week. Youve inspired me to try this. Thx man!
EDIT: I was just doing the math on hitting 2,000. Right now I do 10x10 pull ups in 20 minutes, give or take on back day. You were averaging 287 an hour. I could never keep that pace, no way. That's pretty amazing.Last edited by highiso; 01-01-2013 at 08:55 AM.
