Shake it up?
So I'm probably going to order some SAN Infusion soon... but I was just looking around the kitchen thinking I could make a pretty good shake... so I wanted to get you guys' opinion.
1 scoop ON 100% Whey
1/2 cup uncooked steel cut oats
H20
Calories-420
Protein-32g
Carbs-55g
Fiber-8g
Fat-5g
I was thinking this would be a good MRP when there wasn't time to cook. You could also throw in some natty pb... maybe put honey in it for a post workout shake?
