After those 3 sets, we did a 2 mile run and that was that.
Thoughts: Well every good thing comes to an end . This workout was fueled very nicely, as always, by the Nano Vapor + Amino Build stack. A few things I'd like to say about the stack...
-Crazy energy. 2 Scoops was my sweet spot, but for the stim junkies, 3 will more than suffice. Nano Vapor got me going, and Amino Build kept me going. Great combo
-Great Endurance. Nothing like getting hyped up for a workout with some Nano Vapor, and have the energy last the entire time. 2 Scoops provided me with more than enough cit mal for some awesome endurance. Amino Build only added to that. Energy levels were high throughout, and I didn't feel as beat towards the end of workouts.
- Great pumps. Cit mal is not only great for endurance, but the yohimbe combined with it made for some great pumps on chest and arm days. Feeling big is always a good thing .
-Overall thoughts: If you're looking for a simple yet very effective stack for some pre/intra performance. Nano Vapor + Amino Build is your stack. If you're hesitant, don't be. You won't be disappointing.
Big thanks to Muscletech and crew for letting me give this a go. My workout schedule may have been a bit out of whack, but when I managed to get my 3-4 workouts a week in, they were awesome!

Emergency, I am new to this site and have gotten back into the gym 3 weeks ago after a short absence, I was given nano fury and amino build to try. My question is, can I stack the two and how do I go about it? I was taking no fury, but can I stack that with amino build as well? I'm 49 and trying hard to get the body I had at 29.

luckily I saw this feel free to PM any MT rep next time instead of posting in an old log. Yes it is completely fine to stack Amino Build and NO Fury. If you are training fasted you want to take aminobuild either pwo or intra, you want to take fury 30-45 mins pre workout. If you are not training fasted you can take 2 scoops of AminoBuild intra.
