Thoughts: A day late, but here was a quick little leg session we got in yesterday. Finals week is next week so the days have been all thrown off (as if they weren't already). Was getting quite the Quad pump during the lunges/step ups, which is unusual for me. Usually the only thing to cause that is the leg extension machine, but hey. Maybe it's the Nano Vapor at work here. Other than that, I've been feeling pretty lazy/off lately. Tomorrow is Friday, so I may subject the GF and myself to a relatively long full body session just to make up for some lost time. Hopefully we're able to do it . See you guys then.

Yea, if I was focusing on numbers more like I Was during my bulk, it'd bug me. However now I'm trying to switch the focus to endurance/compound things for the Spartan.
Indeed. I've been doing quite a few lately compared to usual and the change is refreshing.

Thoughts: Finally, a nice long workout . I used to hate longer workouts...at least until I was only able to squander in 3 a week. This kind of routine works perfectly with the Nano Vapor + Amino Build combo imo. Lots of Cit mal for some endurance, and aminos to keep you going. Felt nice and beat up after this workout, which is exactly what I wanted. I was more than ready for my cheat meal (Wendys: 1/4 single + double baconator + large fries + slice of homemade cheesecake). Can't wait to be done with finals and get a more regular schedule back in...I keep saying this, but every time I type in here, that's all I can think of . 4 more days. Just 4 more...

Yep, and now I'm done! Was a rough week, as you can tell by my lack of updates (which I seriously apologize for), but all is good now.
I've prolly got about 3-4 more workouts left of the NV, and maybe 2 or so of Amino Build. The gf has tried 2 scoops of NV as well (can't say no of course , what's mine is her's ).

Thoughts: Holy sh**, I finally hit 225 on squat, with the correct depth of course. I was so damn scared to try it, but after doing it, I'm definitely gonna keep it up on other squat days. Felt so good/satisfying to finally get back up to semi almost reasonable numbers on squats. Was pretty beat after the single leg squats so we just did a bunch of bridges, some ab work, and called it a day. 225lbs on squat will be a memorable moment for this Nano Vapor/Amino Build log. Thank you Muscletech. Looking forward to the last 3 or so workous I've got left on this stuff .
