    Without Costco we'd be....

Costco is so beneficial while cutting and bulking

buying pre cut 4oz chicken 110 cals, 27g of protein

    protein bars

    Stir fry vegetables 1 cup= 40 cals

    Turkey burgers

    Skinny cow ice cream sandwiches

Basically has everything you need in BULK.

all my meals consists of stuff from Costco

    Gotta love it <3

are you srs? If i buy a 160 pack of k-cups at costco it costs $83.99, which is ~.52 per k-cup. if I go to the grocery store its ~$9 for a 12 pack, which is .75 per k-cup. Its the simplest business model

Costco Kirkland products are better than say shoprite brand products.
They're high quality and low priced.

drink is .59 cents.. Can't beat it

    Chicken bakes <3

Turkey burgers are amazing and egg whites are amazing with that price too

Yep. Costco is legit. My 18month old TV failed on me, out of manufacturers warranty but still had 5 year Costco warranty, the Conceirge service called me regularly to keep me updated and couldn't have been of more help, ended up getting all my cash back, and then walked around and bought another, newer, bigger tv, win.

You Ameri-brah's are doing it right with Costco.

I hate their Greek yogurt. Srs. Pretty messed up how they give us 6 less for the same price. Stopped eating yogurt.

Other than that my weekly list:

    Apples
    Eggs
    Turkey Burgers
    Turkey Bacon
    Purdue 10lb chicken breast
    Canned chicken breast

Costco doesn't really bother me besides the yogurt. Fuaarrkkkkkkk!!!!!!

i've found that aldi generally has cheaper food for bulking-- oats, eggs, chicken breast, peanut butter, etc. all my staples cost less at aldi.

not that same level of selection but it's still cheaper than costco.
