well I just measured your cross section with a piece of string, and the bit at the top that you reckon is 4.5 is only 3, if we accept the camera view is indeed 8.75. Likewise the rear is an inch too big and the bottom an inch and a half, so even by your analysis and drawing, that comes to 21.75

Huh ... thats strange. Adobe CS6 might not be working perfectly right now ... I'll unload and reinstall and try it again. In the mean time, try double checking your measurements with the string ... something could have been off. Is the string your using to thick? That could misappropriate things and in my experience yarn and burlap often times skew my results. Try dental floss or silk thread for 100% accurate results.
