    Is this progress

    I have been lifting for two months my stats are 5'7' 146lbs. I can squat and deadlift 275 for reps and bench 135 fo reps. Two months ago I was 126 lbs and could only squat 150.

    That's the point. You don't. Everyone is going at his own pace and I think a 20lbs gain in weight and is actually very good.

    Well I'm 16, I've been lifting for 2 and a half months and I went from

    Bench: 180 to 230
    Squat: 305 to 330
    Deadlift: 350 to 425
    Weight: 261 to 252 (just started cutting)

    Yes your squat boosted up. Compared to others- you can't. Everyone's different/been lifting longer. Doing good though

    Probably just noob gains.

    I tried hitting 235 today but I only got it halfway up before my legs started shaking and the bar stopped moving.

    I was pissed because I tried doing 230 right before and I got it all the way up within 2-3 seconds and then when I failed the 235 I tried 230 again and it went up within 2-3 seconds again.......

    Was sooooo annoyed

    Nice, I cant lift for 3 weeks due to an injury, expecting lifts to go down monumentally
