Although I don't fancy myself an idiot, some days I just lack good old common sense. Last night I decided I'm sick of being pasty white (Scottish blood here) and need to start tanning again. Now I used to tan all the time so I just hopped in there set the timer for 10 minutes and fell asleep. Well today I realized although I used to go for ten minutes a day I had to work up from 5 minutes. My back is a nice bright red and my a$$ is even worse. Can't wait for the itching to start.

I've fallen asleep in the tanning bed many times but always woke up when the timer dinged and never burned.
Remember them days tanning for 30 min. in what now takes 5?

Put straight white vinegar on a dish towel and slap that on your back for about 15mins or so. Works wonders. SRS
