Monohydrate is meant to be the most effective.. most cost efficient....
I've never noticed much from Monohydrate (Creapure)... tried loading schemes etc...
SIZEON V1 gave me much better results.. (muscle volume and fullness.. more reps, etc)...
However SIZEON V2 Maximum Performance isn't giving me anywhere near the amount of FULLNESS I had with V1.
Could it be the CREATINE GLUCONATE? This is the big difference between the two formulas - Mono vs. Gluconate... Has anyone tried adding Gluconate to Sizeon V2? Thinking of doing that because I'm definitely missing the size I had with V1. After one or two workouts there would be a huge difference in size, depending on which muscles worked those days (Literally felt as if you were PUMPING water into the muscle being trained)
