Time to bleed! - BrbGettinHyooge's Journal - Stage bound!

What's up guys my name's Chris, I'm looking to just keep track more of my workouts to gauge progress a bit better. I'm 22 years old and looking to compete on October 19th at the Central States show here in Michigan. It's usually a pretty damn good show, and it is a national qualifier! I also recently signed up for an unofficial powerlifting meet on June 8th, it's for raw bench and deadlift, wrist wraps and belts only.

Now let me get ramble off my stats and measurements I took this morning..

    Height: 5'7.5"
    Weight: 203.4 Lbs
    Bodyfat: 10.02%

    Neck: 19"
    Shoulders: 52.5"
    Chest: 44.5"
    Arms: 17.5" (cold/flexed)
    Waist: 36.75"
    Thighs: 24.75" (cold/flexed)
    Calves: 17.5" (cold/flexed)

All measurements are fully relaxed unless stated otherwise.

I decided for the next 4 weeks before I start dieting, which will just be a small diet to lean out some for summer, nothing major. I will be doing a powerlifting type split, will be very similar to Westside Barbell's training.

The split looks something like this..

    Monday: ME Upperbody
    Tuesday: Off
    Wednesday: ME Lowerbody
    Thursday: Off
    Friday: DE Upperbody
    Saturday: DE Lowerbody
    Sunday: Off

Going to go ahead and make another post right now with todays workout!
