    left arm wont get bigger

    I started working out with my football team last summer and my left arm just refuses to grow. i try to concentrate on it and it barely gets a pump. While my right arm is bigger and stronger, it gets pumped up and tires out before my left??? Makes no sense to me.

    If one arm is 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch larger than the other, that is normal. If one arm is truly getting larger while the other stagnates, then you should see an inch, inch and a half or two inch difference. I'd be surprised if that is truly the case.
