Yea it's kinda bitter sweet though, girls from high school who were bishs to me now want the D and I have no respect for them so I show em no attention. I'm big on respect and treating people well regardless of appearance. But not gonna lie I love it. I've gotten to the point where I like when heads turn when I enter a room rather than try and hide and just fit in.
Anyone can get into great shape it's just all about committing.Used to be 247lbs 40% body fat.

ok so heres a little update video Saturday May 18th 2013, 7 days from stepping on stage and i start my depletion after this workout. did my weigh in on friday the 17th had too much sodium the last few days and watered over haha. so now my prep goes to carb depletion and every meal is 6oz tuna with 2 cups veg. ill lean out a lot this week and do my best regardless with my body type endomorph (naturally fat) i think this is the best physique ive ever had and it shows you can get pretty ripped naturally. so now its just go in for a tan tonight work on posing and keep the depletion going.
current weight is 172 after my carb up. hurt my knee a few weeks ago and literally have not done cardio just lifting upper body 2-3 times a day.Used to be 247lbs 40% body fat.

So i finished my depletion (well kinda finished today). I have now done all my workouts and all i have left is an hour of cardio in the morning than EAT! its all steak and carbs/boiled turkey now and just enjoy life haha.
i weighed in at 168 today fully depleted with 3 meals in me and about 2L water. so id guess my morning weight around 165 fully depleted wich should put me on stage around 173. this depletion was the hardest yet as this is my 3rd competition in 6 weeks.
ill take some pics in the morning quickly so you can see the change between depleted and carbed up.

social life suffered the last 6 months as ive been in the gym minimum of 2x a day and doing so much food prep trying to get competition ready. problem is i was not in good enough shape to begin with to step on stage.
Current update i did another comp on may 25th placed 6th felt decent but i need to come in leaner, committed to a 4 week bulk and im hating it, i put on fat and waterweight way too fast but ill do it for a month see what kinda gains i can make, get lean again and just enjoy my summer. only lifting 6x a week now, cardio every day and eating whatever i want while tracking macros. minimum of 2500 cal a day aiming for 2500 to 3000. still hungry though dont know how guys can say its hard to bulk. im starvin!!! anyways the updates will be slack because my motivation is pretty slack right now, done competeing for the next 4 months just gonna bulk than start a slow cut for next show (21 weeks away). might do a weekly update or take some pics but its aweful looking back at a competition day photo than looking in the mirror all watered over with barely any abs.

Not at all. When I was Doing this I felt great at the gym and I felt like I could do a full body routine every day! It's weird though started bulking and I'm sore now with more food lol
Ok so I've been slack here with updates and stuff because my motivation is in the ****ter... Started a bulk may 26th aka the day after my last competition and I've shot up like 13 lbs in 2 weeks... Just completely watered over right now and feeling awful haha. So ill bulk for another 3 weeks or until I hit 190lbs than cut back down for some summer abs. Seems I did this whole decide to bulk thing at the worst time possible. Currently at like 185 can't estimate my bf% because fluid retention is so effing bad.
Consuming around 3000cals a day right now at least 200g protein and fill the rest with fat and carbs, as far as sups I don't take any right now, it's so easy to get everything with some spare cals to play with!Used to be 247lbs 40% body fat.

okay so tuesday weigh in went decent. the last couple weeks ive really taken off of dieting, kept training and just ate kind of what i wanted and tracked my cals/protein/fats i was always eating near 3k and just kinda dreamer bulked for a few weeks lol. went up to 192 at my worst (2.5 weeks after my last comp) so 24 lbs gained from the day of the show to 2.5 weeks after. the water weight is aweful and as fun as not dieting at all and not really caring is, when i looked in the mirror it was like holy chit, where'd my abs go?????!? so i went out on friday night for a work party/bridal shower and said okay back to the grind after tonight. drank for the first time in like 8 months and had a lot of fun, ate some bad food didnt care and really enjoyed myself. woke up 6am saturday feeling like chit and hit a leg workout so as of today im at 181 (with 2 meals and 2L water drank already). goal is to hit the 160's in less than 5 weeks. so ill be upping the cardio, lowering the cals and gettin back to working hard. gonna try the whole IIFYM thing for the next few weeks and see how that works in comparison to what ive been doing, so far i am loosing weight pretty quick and its been a much more enjoyable "dieting" experience.

Thanks to everyone, got a one month ban for a joke I made in the misc, so I'm back now. I've completed a bulk to 185 with abs. Not good abs but 4 visable and last two are poking slightly. Competition coming up on November 2nd so I plan on really pushing the diet sooner this time and coming in leaner, bigger, dryer.
Happy to be finished my bulk, I dirty bulked a little and cut back than lean bulked the last 4 or so weeks (during the unfortunate ban) shot up to. 192... Heaviest I've been in a long long time, watered over and enjoyed food a little too much than realized yummy body >yummy food so now time to shred. Ill post some progress pics Monday or Tuesday when I weigh in. Last weeks weight as of Tuesday was 182.4Used to be 247lbs 40% body fat.

forgot to add to my last post, im 16 weeks out from the next show and cant lift for 3 weeks due to a bad case of bicipital tendinitis, going to physio 3x a week and chiro 2x a week. hoping to be lifting again soon but I cant even carry my briefcase. so im currently just doing cardio every day and legs every second day. shoulder injury is from overworking it.Used to be 247lbs 40% body fat.
