ALLMAX introduces a delicious and easy way to get your L-Carnitine in an ultra-convenient liquid form with 1,200 mg per serving.
Stimulant-Free Fat Metabolizer: L-Carnitine is essential for transporting long-chain fats into the cell (mitochondria). L-Carnitine taps into your fat supply and may provide support to burn it as fuel, resulting in increased energy. Without L-Carnitine, these fats cannot be burned for energy and are instead shunted to stored body fat.*
Boost Energy, Endurance & Performance: L-Carnitine enhances performance by increasing the body’s reliance on fat for energy; this reduces depletion of muscle glycogen. By reducing muscle tissue lactic acid build-up, performance athletes using L-Carnitine can extend duration of muscular exertion before fatigue.*
L-Carnitine functions in conjunction with pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5). Vitamin B5 is a fundamental component of coenzyme A (coA) which is involved in the transport of fatty acids into the mitochondria making it an essential component of L-Carnitine supplementation.*

Here is one thats not too hard and it doesnt have much varying exercises but its a good start to get the gist of what a workout would include. Its also good to get your feet wet with this.
Run 800m
25 Burpees
25 Sit Ups
25 BW lunges
20 Burpees
20 Sit Ups
25 BW lunges
15 Burpees
15 Sit Ups
25 BW lunges
10 Burpees
10 Sit Ups
25 BW lunges
5 Burpees
5 Sit Ups
25 BW lunges
Run 800m
The distance that your running can be totally up to you and your cardio ability but a nice 800m is a good start as well. Also a minute rest at the end of the BW lunges will be a good breather hahah.Be Legendary.

Have you done a 21-15-9 before?
Example: (done this one)
400m run
21 light weight cleans (85 lbs for me)
400m run
15 lightweight cleans
400m run
9 lightweight cleans
400m run
So when I do this one I do it with push press, then clean, then squats. It is killer.

Zeus... a much harder workout than anticipated. It requires a decent amount of equipment, but is well worth it. As the name implies.. its for the gods! There is a max time limit of 45 minutes, and my first time doing it I was extremely close to not finishing!
Three rounds for time of:
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
75 pound Sumo deadlift high-pull, 30 reps
30 Box jump, 20" box
75 pound Push press, 30 reps
Row 30 calories
30 Push-ups
Body weight Back squat, 10 repsNASM-CPT
Do not let anyone tell you that you cannot accomplish your goals.
