    suggestions

    hi everyone,

    just wanted to ask if i should start bulking up right as in iv been cutting for about 4 months now and iv lost around 7 to 8 kg and my body fat is around 18% or somewhat lower ( not 100% sure)

    i was eating at 1900 calories when i was cutting so i just wanted to know what should i be eating to bulk up right now?

    Yes, it's a good idea. At least for a few months.

    Raise calories by raising carbs slowly, aim to keep your weight stable for about 2 weeks before starting to gain weight at about 2lbs per month. Adding 1-200 calories per day.

    because you are moving towards gaining mass. Once you are gaining at about 2lbs a month, stick to that level. Trial and error, no exact formulae etc.

    If you jump straight into it from cutting, you could gain a wad of fat. And anyway, you don't know where to jump TO.
