Good old melatonin. I also like to ice anything that's aching me, then take a cold shower followed by a hot bath. I get kind of stressed out though, this is more to calm my anxiety than anything.

It isn't a true sleep-aid, however, members have experienced great sleep quality while using Ergobolic.

Other options:

Theanine + low-dosed melatonin (500mcg)
Lights Out

iTs not a pill but it is incredible: Bulletproof by Musclepharm, stuff knocks me out and i sleep like a beast!

otherwise get some NOW GABA and Melatonin, that works decently. (what im currently using cuz of budget)

MAN REM PM or whateer its called is a pill that i got a sample of and thought it had a lil kick to it..

But once more just get a tub of Bulletproof grape is the better flavor and go for it, not a pill but seriously seriously works ad so underrated as far as board conversation but great rating in the store.

I've heard nothing but good things with LiGHts Out and will likely give this a try in the future.

Anything with L-Dopa. Inhibit-P will be included in my next stack and I'd imagine it will help promote restful sleep.

Plain ol' melatonin does the trick too and can be stacked with virtually any of the above.

First, try melatonin. If that does not help, I loved REM PM by MAN Sports. It is a great value too. I found that I only need one pill instead of 2. This will make the bottle last 60 days. In the mini lo I ran, I had a great night of sleep every night I used it and felt more rested when I woke up the following morning.

I find L-theanine very calming, helps me sleep at around 500mg. Try mix that with any stack/product you buy if you have troubles without it.

Lemon balm is pretty interesting. I know some who have had success while using it.

I know, I know...but Ergobolic is some of the best sleep I have ever had.

I mentioned it because, I too, have used it and experienced pretty darn good sleep. After continuous testimony like yours and this guy below, it definitely should be recommended for sleep.

OP, I really like Lights Out by iForce. Haven't used ErgoBolic, but it's been getting a lot of praise on here lately.
