Ok guys about 2 weeks ago i pulled a lower back muscle and ive recovered enough to that the athletic trainer at my school suggested i start doing some core strengthing excercises before i start back with my regular football offseason program.
So any tips on what i could do as some light core excercises for the next couple of days?
