Wondering if too much low back/posterior chain in 1 workout. monday after squatting i do hamstrings, hip thrusts, and glute ham raises or hypers. I need my low back to get a lot stronger cause I went through the whole sciatica bs so would it be a good idea to do GHR and hypers in the same workout?

squat and low body accessory on monday, upper body wednesday, and strongman events including deadlift saturday. But the sciatica is like 95% gone I barely have pain anymore. For upper body assistance I do CG bench, 2 row variations, and triceps and curls/light shoulder work monday. I also don't flat bench anymore since strongman doesn't really need that I incline
