I started my keto attempt on tuesday the 9th. Only water after 6 pm that night.
The two following 2 days i did workouts on an empty stomach and my diet consisted mainly of sausages, bacon, eggs, cheese, olive oil, very little nuts and green veggies (green bean, chinese broccoli, green onions) and post workout shakes which were just a scoop of ON whey with water. Water intake has increased to around 3/4 of a gallon. Im wokring on getting it up.
Its day 4 and i haven't had any of the symptoms. I don't feel tiredness or brain fog, i may have had a strange taste in my mouth but its not really "fruity" so im not sure if its relevant. No headaches, no stomach pain and ketostix are showing minimal trace.
Not sure if i need more time or if im doing something wrong?
any ideas?
