I just ate over a half a pound of bison steak and I feel so ****ing anabolic right now it's mind boggling. I would highly recommend it. It almost melts in your mouth and you can almost feel the aminos shooting into your muscles.

I thought you weren't supposed to combine protein with carbs or fat because the insulin spike from the protein stores the fat and carbs as fat???? pls hlp

What I mean is I'll consume protein with every meal, and depends on what my goal is, for example say I'm bulking, I'll eat something with protein and something with decent carbs, then next meal same thing but add in a healthy fat

As others mentioned, Anabeta Elite and Arachidonic acid are probably the closest things you will find to "anabolic supplements." A more appropriate anabolic supplement would be something like a GDA (SSv2) to increase hunger and thus increase calories consumed (although Anacyclus pyrethrum is also noted to have this effect. Triazole too).

Gonna go with no. I don't know where you did your "research" but alternating macronutrients during the day is completely pointless and will do nothing but make your meal plan harder.
