Ps my squat and deadlift are now 2 45's and 1 25 for 3 reps. My old squat was 90 & deadlift 100. These gains were from my current stack of 3.8 months.

    Tuesday-Rest(back)
    Wednesday- leg
    Thursday- arms(arms&chest)
    Friday- shoulder
    Saturday- back
    Sunday-rest (legs)

injury is usually caused by not warming up/stretching, bad form or going too heavy. I'd focus on making sure these are right first.

In regards to your split, it will depend on your injury ..if you tore your tricep in half then pretty much the only thing you'll be able to do is rest and maybe legs. Triceps are usually pretty resiliant, so must be a decent injury.

as for workout programs, I'd go for a SS or 5x5
