    squat form 315x6

Just wanted to see any criticism on my squat form after a brutal beginning to legs day
Sorry for angle but of course my friend would record it without seeing depth

Looked ok from what i could see, except you need to keep your head level or focused on something high on the wall you were looking down from time to time. At least stay focused in the mirror in front of you but dont look down

From what I can see, it looks like you're doing combination of half squats and good mornings. Your torso is caving forward because you want to go lower but your ankle and hip inflexibility does not permit you to do so. Also, you shouldn't be wearing running shoes when doing squats.

It does not look like a GM to me... OP leads with his chest and drives his hips through the bar like you are supposed to. Overall form looks good. However depth is questionable, as Steve said. Hard to tell from the angle but it looked possibly shallow. Then again it might not be.

This is a horrible angle to give form feedback on. From the looks fromt that angle it looks like you don't hit proper depth. Squat the same weight but film from the side getting your entire body in the video.
