lol, I remember my buddy saying that was one of the hardest bosses in any final fantasy game. I spent so much time completing the sidequests that i had virtually every blue magic spell, and my Zidane was level 91.

needless to say, i destroyed ozma. the last boss didn't even put up a fight. saying that, it recommends you should be 'level 60 - 65' for the final boss.

This guy. Honestly had to walk around the jungle for 30 minutes before I could find this fuker. Then he sets off a flashbang and runs off to another sniping spot. Then I found it if I saved the game and came back to play it a couple days later he would be dead of old age LOL.

Most noteworthy boss battle ever. Took me almost and hour the first time, then he snuck behind me and killed me. Eventually i beat him fairly, but took forever to find his. I would run after him fukin him up before he hid again.

Ranzou was easy if you had Chin's iron claw, one or two combos and he was out. Walk straight down and wait for him to walk down toward you, knock him down with the iron claw, walk straight up and wait for him to come to you, knock him out with the iron claw and that was it.

Most people want to try those flying kicks and chit like that against him but that's suicide - he'll rip you to shreds at aerial combat. Iron claw is the way to go.

Ummm... yes he was. He's the last boss if you managed to get all the secrets in the game. Way harder than the Empress as the last boss. I like that alternate game ending better overall, too.

I saved when one of these was after me. Every time I loaded the game file I would hear it but didn't know where it was...too scared to go out and find it I just shut the game back off. Didn't play for like a year srs....
