    And lol that isn't really a push press, push press has WAY more leg drive, just a little knee bend that is all...

    How the hell did you get your OHP so high? I maxed out at 205lbs last week and felt pretty good about it lol

    A shortened dip before the drive is actually key to putting the most force into the bar. The further you descend when doing a jerk or a push press, the more energy you'll spend bringing the weight back through that ROM -- affecting both your timing and net power output negatively.

    also lol @ "slowly" getting there, OP, you're 19 years old throwing 390 pounds over your head. you're a monster.

    I been steady but right after I did my 385 I delt with some injuries so I been nursing them along.
