    Teenagers & BodyBeast & Intermittent Fasting,My results

For all of you who ask "can teenagers do bodybeast?" YES!!
And for those who ask "can teenagers do intermittent fasting?" YES!!

    Im 16 years, 187cm tall (6.1 feet)

I was doing the "HUGE BEAST" and only missed 1 day when i had to study.
I had around 5-6 cheat days.
I was fasting 16/8 (8hr eating window) when I was bulking, and when I was cuting 18/6 (6hr eating window).
My calories were 2800 per day, but i was eating clean (no junk food, no coca-cola and that other BS).

Suppliments; I didn't use beachbodys suppliments I used my own.
-CAFFEINE (I used it as a prewokrout, 200mg).
    -CREATIN MONOHYDRATE (5g per day).
-WHEY PROTEIN (2-4 scoops per day).
    -MULTIVITAMIN (1 per day).

I was only mesuring my biceps nothing else from 30cm-->36cm (11.8inch-->14.1inch)
BUT I WAS MAKING ALLL KINDZZ OF GAINZZZZZZZZZZZ ALL OVER MY BODY, ALL KINDZZZZZ.

Thanks to Beachbody, Sagi, Twin Muscle Workout, Fasting Twins, Omar Isuf, Elliott Hulse and ofc my mom because she was making healty and delicious food

Being totally honest, I see almost no difference.

What is bodybeast? It looks like one of those home workout dvds.

im glad your happy bro and if your seeing the results keep going.
however 3kg in 3 months with what looks like a beginner body is noway near enough, you need to be eating a tonne more, and working on some heavy weights

    This

I don't really see much of a difference. It doesn't help that your pics are all of you facing forward. Some side shots would be good as well.

but if it's working for you, keep doing it.
    cool
